absolutely awful service. Called to question the order and was on hold for 10 minutes. They ship the TV by freight, so you have to be home for a 3 hour window - which the trucking company was late for. Took 11 days to receive. Salesmen are high-pressure - if you call in to get the free plasma mount, you learn it is not a flush mount and they want $140 for that one. Also, give inaccurate information on service - you do not have to ship the TV to Samsung to have it serviced.  I would not shop here again	Author's Rating: Customer service: On-time delivery:
