I ordered a TV from them Monday evening and the TV was received Thursday afternoon is perfect condition. I didn’t receive any annoying calls trying to get me to purchase extra merchandise or anyone playing the old bait and switch game some online dealers play.

As expected, B&H provides an efficient and competent shopping experience. I have several online shops to choose from, and B&H, though a bit more expensive, is a known quality and huge selection, and therefore often wins out even thought a bit more pricey. In this case the offered mail-in rebate, though a hassle, more than made up for the extra cost. I knew what I wanted, and was able to review and buy the accessories I needed along with the printer at my own pace without having to talk to any human, though I know they are there if I need them.
