Be wary of too-good-to-be-true prices. We ordered 8 docking stations and received a confirmation email that they had shipped. After a 10 day wait we suddenly received a note that they didn't have them in stock and the order was cancelled. Amazing, since they had supposedly already shipped. I would not trust this company in the future.

Item was advertised as new, but the battery was re-packaged. It looked like it was returned and then it was shipped to me. I will never know how "new" my battery was.

as a researcher,i rate companies on several areas,in my personal shopping experience,i rate companies as to referable to others or not due to my experience personally,this personal experience with your online shopping was unfavorable thus would cause me to not refer your online getpartsonline to anyone,i have a small company called will search,and i started this company to rate business's in direct and indirect customer satisfaction so referals can be given upon request in writing by comsumers looking for a favorable shopping experience without the hassles of unfavorable shopping,delayed orders,overcharges,lost orders,poor customer service assistence etc...,at this time i can not refer getpartsonline if asked for a referal to an online computer parts store,due to my personal shopping needs and shopping experience.in the future i would welcome another oportunity to shop again to form a more favorable shopping experience.

Information on their site is misleading

They listed incorrect specifications for the item I purchased which resulted in my having an item that wasn't compatible with my computer system.

In order to return this item they wanted to charge me a 20% re-stocking fee, even though it was their misleading website that lead me to purchase it in the first place.

After contacting them, they agreed to refund the entire amount of my purchase and shipping. It remains to be seen if they will indeed do this.
