Only reason I won't be ordering from you again is because there is a store a state away that price matches and I will save a lot more money in shipping, about half. Other than that, if there's a problem with an order I would recommend both emailing and calling the customer.

IPP had good prices, and that's why I purchased from them. They had the a good deal on the RPS segmented flywheel that I purchased. It was the same price as most other dealers, but they included a free stainless steel clutch line which nobody else did. They also had the best price on an aluminum drive shaft. The only down side was that their shipping prices were very high for shippment to Hawaii. I was quoted over $300 to ship these parts. This seemed excessive to me compared to the $50 to ship anywhere else in the US.

I e-mailed to see if the parts I needed were in stock and I promptly received an answer with plenty of time to place my order (unlike other places who e-mail back 1 hour before their cutoff time). The shipping prices were pretty much dead on with the calculation on UPS's site, and the handling charge was next to nothing so I quickly placed my Next Day Air order, got a tracking number and received it on time. This is not my first order with Import Parts Pro, and I've had the same experience with all my previous orders, all my experiences were EXCELLENT!
