I was missing an order and emailed RaidenTech. I was told that someone would contact me ASAP, but nobody did. Two days later I followed up by using the online chat and got a tracking number for the missing number that day. I was not impressed by the initial lack of communication, but my problem was resolved and I'm happy with the quality of it.

WHEN they have the item I want in stock, they ship fast, with excellent packing. Shipments always arrive in good condition. My biggest complaint; they have too many "OUT OF STOCK" items, and they stay out of stock for MONTHS at a time. Please, improve your stock replenishment program. Specific items: servos, LIPo batteries, Metal up grade parts for Helicopters. I would have ratted them "Excellent" if their in stock rate was better.

I have ordered an RC racing boat in early March 2008. They were quick in shipping my item. But the boat they sent me was disgustingly ugly. There were scratches all over. The stickers were peeling off, so I removed all of them. When the stickers were removed, I found a small crack. I had to put a glue. The motors and the motor compartment were oily, as if it had already been used. The battery that came with it is dying. I've run this boat only 3X. The battery would only run for 2 to 3 minutes after charging it completely. They told me to return the boat. I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. I'm from outside the U.S. This company I should say has a poor quality control and their people are not doing their job right.

Good price, good products but, not good communication with customers when I needed to exchange a defective item for a different item , they told me it's ok, I attached a note to returned box but they ignored the note and send me back the same item I returned, They DID NOT replaced the defective item for the ITEM I ASKED FOR , so I was disappointed !

I have not yet received my order so I can't comment on the product itself at this time. When I placed my order on line, I selected the order to be sent UPS Standard to Canada. After making the payment and receiving confirmation that the order was being sent, I contacted customer service because I found out that the product was being sent Regular Mail. I asked about this and explained that it was very misleading to think that the product was being sent by courier and not by mail. I spoke with Mary on line and basically, she agreed and said there was nothing she could do about it..........I wasn't feeling the love, I'll tell you that.

Within a day of my purchase I had a UPS tracking number. When the products got here all I had to do was unpack. No damages to the box, nothing. Everything worked right out of the box. I would definatly buy from raidentech again anytime!

The helicoper came on time. But had a hard time getting it to lift off, the highest it went was three feet and it only did that once or twice. We would have sent it back but the box got thrown out. We went to a hobby shop in town, spent $10 more for a Venom micro helicopter and had no problems getting it to fly. Thank you for asking. This is the first time we ordered like this. Don't know if we'd order something again that we know nothing about.
