Direct Deals

Order has been accepted for 1 week w/o any tracking info and I tried contacting through chat and was told it will be ship in a week (for a total of 2 weeks). This item I checked before ordering and was told it was in stock. In short it takes 2 weeks to ship and item "in stock" and no tracking info nor updates of delay in order shipment. The chat support was excelent... but anything taking more than 1 week for "in stock" item is not acceptable.

The experience was great. I didn't have to make a phone call before ordering this product but I did, as I had a very bad experience ordering this product from another company who advertised the program on a CD and sent me a DVD. It was supposed to be a new purchase but was sent a used DVD that didn't work. I called Direct Deals to make sure I would receive a new program and on CD as opposed to the DVD, as I don't have a DVD reader in my computer and had to purchase one just to try to load the Works program that wouldn't load because of a damaged disk. I installed the CD version from Direct Deal and had absolutely no problem. Thank you Direct Deal.

The product was excellent and I received it quickly, but I had no way to track it. I tried to contact the merchant three times by e-mail to track my order and I never received a reply. I'm glad that I received it in one piece because I may have never heard from the merchant.

I bought a PC stereo system from the DirectDeals.com. It was the worst online shopping experience I ever had. The unit I received was defective: there was clicking noise when playing music. The power output was low, even when the volume was set to   Read full review...

Neither product was as advertised. WordPerfect Office 12 adv'd as "full product"; it was, in fact, a DELL brand cut-down version, with a serial number that did not work. WordPerfect Office IX was advertised as "full product". The serial number was a 30-day demo.

While I found the information on their web site to be lacking, while searching their site, was offered to IM with a representive who was very helpful, answered all my questions and pointed directly to the software I was looking to buy. Their price was consitently lower than others I'd seen online.

Didn't receive an email when product shipped. Account creation was uncleare when ordering or I could have followed on Web site. Made a call and the tracking number was given over the phone immediately. Nice Texas Folks!!

i love direct deals.. yet you should notify your customer if something is on back-order and didn't ship.. don't makes us go find out where it is.. and your tracking (history) area of your web site is not working making that harder. overall I'm still a happy customer.

I was in hot persuit of the Norton Internet Security OEM because of its great functionality and price. I looked everywhere, but was unable to get it until I contacted Direct Deal and spoke to the manager. He said he didn't have any in stock besides that last ordered set and he negotiated with the orderer and got one for me. I was very great and thanks to Direct Deal, my computer is protected for a minimal cost.
