Discount/America's Tire

I ordered a set of 4 Goodyear Eagle LS tires for my Murano from them. Not only do they have the lowest list price on the Internet, they included free shipping. The tires showed up in 4 days. After 2 weeks of use, one of the tires blew out on the freeway. I did not buy any road hazard protection from them, but when I told them what happened, they sent a replacement tire out to me right away, no questions asked. This is how an Internet business should operate. I will buy all my tires from them going forward.

I have bought several sets of tires from the Discount Tire store here in Sierra Vista, AZ. The customer service has always been exceptional and the prices more than fair. My only complaint might be that I sometimes have to wait a while if I don't make an appointment (but hey they are busy because they are good:-).

DO NOT BUY tires from this company they are a RIP-OFF, they sent us Out-Of-Round tires for $1,000.00 and now won't stand behind them, we are filing a complaint with Goodyear against this company and we are notifying the Better Business Bureau. Learned a very expensive lesson, buy locally.
When we called them they wanted us to ship back the 4 tires at our cost before they would replace them, that meant that our less than 2 year old car would be up on blocks for 2 weeks while they decided if our tires needed to be replaced even though we had proof from a Goodyear dealer that the tires were defective.
Very Hateful Customer Service. Salesman that sold us the tires has never called us back-Surprise Surprise

Excellent source for tires and wheels. Just what I ordered, they arrived ontime. Excellent packaging, not a scratch on them. I work long hours and do alot of shopping online, since I rarely have the time to get out and do it.

I bought my Yokohama AVID Touring tires from Discount Tire Direct on-line, and the experience was first-rate all the way through. There was plenty of information on the tires on the web site, I got an excellent price ($63/tire including shipping and handling, which combined with purchased road-hazard warranties produced a price slightly better than the leading competition, which advertises a low starting price but by the time you are done it's not so cheap), and a bonus card for purchases at Lowe's. The tires arrived quickly and in perfect shape, and I had Costco mount them for me. The only glitch concerned receipt of the Lowe's card, and all it took was an email to Discount Tire Direct to get a quick and personal reply, and the problem was immediately remedied. I do a lot of buying on-line, but this was my first on-line tire-buying experience. It went exceedingly well.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Spent $600 on tires and rims, rims are defective and they will not stand behind them. They do not know how to take care of customers. Less than 4 months later and I have had 12 flats, 3 bent rims and they will not stand behind faulty product.

Discount tire does not list any Primera tires.

excellent and well laid out website. very easy to navigate and make an order. the order was processed very fast and online tracking enabled me to know when i could expect the tires. and the tires arrived exactly on the day they said it would.

impressive service and price oriented for sure. they had a store nearby so having them put on the wheels and on the car was not a problem. the people at the store were great too and rates very reasonable. definitely expect me there again.

Excellent website. Very informative and offers a wide selection of products at REASONABLE prices. Fast delivery (FREE) and I didn't have to mention anything about making sure the directional treads on the tires match up accordingly. I'm typing this comment because last time I ordered directional tread patterned tires from another company, they sent 3 lefts and 1 right. Keep up the good work!

This store has a better selection of tires and much better prices than any local store in my town and best of all, local sales tax free. The shipping is also FREE and super fast. I ordered my tires on sunday evening and I got them delivered at my door on thursday afternoon.
The only thing I missed was a second email with the shipping confirmation and the tracking number, but it really didn't matter because I called the very helpful customer service and they told me exactly when my tires were to arrive.
If you are looking for a new set of tires, these guys are your best option.

I called an Austin, Texas Discount Tire location 10 minutes before closing time today (Saturday 2/7/4). I gave the salesman the size of my tires and he said he'd get back to me soon. Thirty minutes later (yes, I'm stubborn) I finally decided to give up after no response. I guess the Discount Tire salesman wanted to go home early.

I'll talk to the manager on Monday and complain. Wish me luck!
