The SU045-1 can be used with identical Smart-UPS 'T' models with VA points of 2200 or 3000. Redundant Switch, together with the two identical Smart -UPS units and PowerChute plus, supplies a high level of AC power availability and manageability for servers. Redundant Switch can be used with two identical tower, rack mount, extended-run, or rack mount extended-run Smart-UPS models. SU045-1 can be used with identical Smart-UPS with VA points of 2200 or 3000. The Redundant Switch occupies only 1U of rack space 1.74" (4.42cm), and is narrow 9" (22.86cm), allowing mounting at the rear of a rack if desired. 0U mounting position is also possible on the side of a rack. All APC rack-mount products come with the necessary brackets and screws for easy installation. With two Smart - UPS units, you can source power from one of two separate AC lines. If the primary AC line goes down or needs service, you can switch the Redundant Switch to connect to the Smart - UPS that draws power from the redundant AC line. A Minimize
