The Apex TM-163 mATX Computer Case Fits the Bill for Budget Systems

Pros: Affordable price, good air flow, tool-less design

Cons: Hard drive mounting, low wattage power supply

The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a low cost case without any bells and whistles, this may be the case for you.
