Interesting Surveillance Option but flawed

Pros: Simple installation. Fairly user friendly. Sub-24hr tech support response.

Cons: Flawed application. No updates planned. RCA camera hookup would be simplified were BNC adapters included.

The Bottom Line: Ease-of-use, vendor responsiveness, and documentation are good but serious software flaws mean we cannot recommend this for more than casual single-camera monitoring.

Review: We bought the EyesPro card and software combination to use as a business surveillance system. It arrived nicely packaged with a very readable 150pg manual, and initial tests showed promise. Included are the usual motion detection, masked image areas, ...
