Microsoft Office's baby brother

Pros: Functional applications, low-cost, suit most home users, can save in Office 2003 formats

Cons: Difficult to customise (task launcher main culprit), proprietary formats not easily read by MS Office

The Bottom Line: If you're a home user or you got it for free - use it. If you plan to use for business - get MS Office instead, or choose Open Office.
