Pros: Lightweight, lots of bells and whistles.

Cons: Poor technical support, battery drainage problem, no media.

The Bottom Line: Do your homework and do not buy this, even if they offer it to you for a dollar.

Review: I went to Best Buy with the exact model that I wanted (not this one) and ended up getting talked into the Sony. I should have know better. It looks great. It's light. Perfect for travel. But appearances are deceiving in this case and the Sony name ...
