WiebeTech announces ComboGB, a full featured drive designed to provide maximum connectivity, performance, and ruggedness in a pocket sized drive. ComboGB provides native ports for all three connection technologies: FireWire 400, FireWire 800, and USB2. As a result, you can connect it to any computer running any recent operating system. It's easy and painless. ComboGB also features case which is a perfect balance of aluminum and synthetic materials. The textured finish case provides a sturdy enclosure that's easy to hold or pick up, while the brushed and embossed aluminum inset panel is attractive. There's no performance compromise with ComboGB. When configured with a 7200RPM drive, this enclosure provides transfer performance exceeding that of older FireWire desktop enclosures. FireWire 800, FireWire 400 and USB2 ports are provided, allowing access to any computer system. Operation is bus powered on either FireWire port.
